Affiliate Terms and Conditions

These Affiliate Terms and Conditions ("Affiliate Terms") govern the relationship between PYRODIZE ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and each affiliate ("Affiliate," "you," or "your") who participates in our affiliate program ("Program"). By joining the Program, you agree to comply with these Affiliate Terms.  

1. Enrollment in the Program
   To participate in the Program, you must maintain an active subscription to PYRODIZE. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
   As an Affiliate, you agree to:
   Promote PYRODIZE using approved marketing materials and links provided by us. Ensure that all promotional activities are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Avoid any misleading, deceptive, or unethical practices that may harm PYRODIZE’s reputation or brand. Regularly update and maintain your website, blog, or social media accounts where PYRODIZE is promoted.  
   
3. Commission Structure
   You will earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through your unique affiliate link. Commission rates, payment terms, and thresholds for withdrawal will be detailed in your affiliate dashboard. Commissions are only payable on sales that are tracked and reported through our affiliate system. We are not responsible for tracking errors or failures.
   
4. Payment and Withdrawals
   Commissions will be paid out on a [monthly/quarterly] basis, provided you have reached the minimum payout threshold of [Insert Minimum Amount].Payments will be made via [Payment Methods Available: PayPal, bank transfer, etc.].You must provide accurate payment details to receive your commission payments. If you wish to withdraw your earnings, you must submit a withdrawal request through your affiliate dashboard. PYRODIZE reserves the right to withhold or adjust commissions in cases of fraud, chargebacks, or returned products.  
   
5. Prohibited Activities
   You are prohibited from:
   Bidding on any PYRODIZE trademarks or variations thereof in pay-per-click campaigns. Using spam, unsolicited emails, or other unethical methods to promote PYRODIZE. Making false claims, including exaggerated earnings claims, about the Program or our products.
   
6. Termination
   We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must immediately remove all links and references to PYRODIZE from your websites, blogs, and social media accounts. Any pending commissions at the time of termination may be forfeited.
   
7. Modification of Terms
   PYRODIZE reserves the right to modify these Affiliate Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or through your affiliate dashboard. Your continued participation in the Program after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Affiliate Terms.
   
8. Governing Law
   These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of Grenada. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Affiliate Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Grenada.
